5 Structural features and working principles
This camera consists of an explosion-proof casing, lens, CCD, fixed circuit board, and wiring terminals. The light from external scenery enters the lens through a glass window, focuses on the CCD chip of the camera, and is converted into Ethernet electrical signals for output by the CCD. The camera can clearly see the actual object under a minimum illumination of no more than 0.051x (with infrared auxiliary light source), and convert the collected real-time image into an Ethernet photoelectric signal output.
6 Installation and Use
Connect the power cord, fiber optic cable, and network cable to their respective positions. Connect all the wires properly, turn on the power, and the power indicator light will light up, indicating that the wiring is correct. Connecting to the computer through an Ethernet cable can help adjust the lens.
This camera should be carried by personnel to the site for installation, and can be suspended on the steel beam supporting the roof or installed on the tunnel wall using a bracket.
This camera adopts a standard lens. After connecting the wires, it can work normally by aligning with the scene.
7. Troubleshooting
The power indicator light is not on, first check if the external power supply is normal. If the power supply is normal, check if the indicator light is damaged. If the diode indicator light is damaged, qualified personnel can replace it. If the diode indicator light is not damaged, it may be that the safety handling circuit is damaged. Qualified personnel can be notified to replace it.
There is dust on the surface of the CCD camera lens, use optical lens paper to wipe the lens.
There is dust on the glass surface of the camera, use cotton yarn to remove the dust.
If you encounter any other problems, please contact our company.
8 Maintenance
8.1 The use and maintenance of the camera should be the responsibility of a dedicated person, who should carefully read the instructions and master the composition, principle, use, and maintenance knowledge of the camera. Other people should not tamper with it.
8.2 Regularly maintain the camera.
8.3 Regularly clean the dust on the camera.
If the sealing ring of the shell needs to be replaced, it must be inspected and qualified before replacement.
When opening the cover for maintenance, the power must be cut off before opening the cover.
After the wiring installation is completed, tighten the box cover with bolts and reliably ground the outer shell. Only after confirming its integrity can power be supplied.
8.7 Regularly check if the wiring is in good condition, and it is strictly prohibited to open it with electricity during the inspection.
8.8 Installation, use, maintenance, and upkeep must strictly follow the safety regulations for electrical equipment used underground in coal mines, and illegal operations are strictly prohibited.
The circuit boards inside the 8.9 product, especially those related to safety performance, are strictly prohibited for users to replace electronic components and repair on their own. They must be repaired by our company's professional personnel.
9 Maintenance
9.1 When inspecting the interior, be sure to cut off the power before turning it on;
9.2 If the components are damaged, they can be repaired by contacting the manufacturer. Due to safety reasons, users are strictly prohibited from replacing them on their own.
10 Storage and Transportation
10.1 The packaged camera can be used for various transportation modes such as water, land, and air, while avoiding direct rain and snow.
10.2 The packaged camera should be able to be stored for one year in an environment with a temperature of -10 ℃ to+40 ℃ and a relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
