1. Equipment Introduction
SG-FL type endoscopic high-temperature industrial television equipment is a special closed-circuit television equipment used in high-temperature environments. It can be widely used in industrial high-temperature furnaces such as heating furnaces, steam boilers, glass melting tanks, sintering furnaces, etc. in industries such as metallurgy, power, building materials, light industry, and chemical machinery.
The equipment can directly extend the camera lens into the furnace to observe the operation of workpiece, material and flame shape in the furnace, which not only ensures production safety, improves product quality, but also improves the working environment, reduces labor intensity, and facilitates centralized scheduling and automation of production process.
By effectively detecting furnace flame images through computers, real furnace flame images can be monitored. Multiple characteristic parameters of furnace flames can be obtained through real-time digital image processing, combined with process parameters closely related to combustion conditions for comprehensive diagnosis and analysis. This can reflect the internal combustion status in real-time and online, guide combustion operations, and improve combustion conditions. Not only can it improve the stability of combustion, but it can also further optimize combustion, prevent coking caused by flame center deviation, and improve boiler combustion efficiency. Monitoring digital images and combustion parameter trend curves under variable coal types facilitates the analysis and discovery of critical flames, preventing furnace "extinguishing" and "firing". Once the flame characteristic parameters are below the set threshold, a combustion instability alarm signal can be issued through comprehensive processing for operators to take measures. The system automatically stores and compresses the flame image signals from the first and last few minutes, which can be replayed, processed, and analyzed afterwards. After being connected to the DCS or MIS system, it can cooperate with tripping sequence recording and accident tracing to analyze furnace combustion accidents. On the basis of long-term on-site operation and reliable alarm, further protection systems can be put into operation.
