DEK-GL09 Blast Furnace Infrared Material Level Monitoring
1. Overview
DEK-GL09 blast furnace infrared material level monitoring equipment is a specialized ultra-high temperature monitoring equipment used for monitoring the top of refining furnaces. On the basis of absorbing and digesting Siemens product technology, this product has developed a third-generation equipment in combination with the actual situation of domestic manufacturers. Using nitrogen (or other inert gas) cooling to ensure stable online operation of the camera in high temperature, high pressure, high dust, and humid furnaces.
The infrared material level monitoring and control system for blast furnaces is equipped with a high-temperature lens inserted into a micro camera to obtain images inside the furnace. The CCD chip has dual functions of visible and infrared light, and the entire material level distribution image is displayed in real-time on the main control room monitor, with a long service life. This equipment has been put into use in various blast furnaces. During the charging process, the infrared material level monitoring of the blast furnace recorded all the loading conditions, measured the material flow trajectory and surface shape. After opening the furnace, observe the movement of the chute and the material distribution process, as well as the distribution of the material surface, central and edge airflow, as well as phenomena such as pipeline collapse, material sitting, and material surface deviation inside the furnace. This system adopts microelectronic components, making it more suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion, and high humidity environments.
This equipment adopts the latest automatic ash removal device and online plugging device to ensure long-term stable operation, reduce maintenance frequency, and can also achieve online maintenance operations.
