1. Overview
SG-GJ corner endoscopic furnace flame TV monitoring equipment is mainly applicable to various boilers, power plant combustion furnaces, garbage incinerators, and steel plant power furnaces. For oil, coal, and gas furnaces, the equipment can directly extend the camera lens into the furnace, and continuously and real-time monitor the working status of the flame in the furnace in the central control room. It can clearly observe the four combustion nozzles distributed at four corners of the furnace and the flame shape of each nozzle nozzle. For the poor atomization of the nozzle in the furnace, oil leakage causes unsmooth flame spraying, the flame becomes smaller, and the poor air distribution of the nozzle causes the flame to be too long, resulting in pipe licking phenomenon, furnace tube deformation, sintering and tube burst accidents can be monitored in real time and handled in time to prevent The occurrence of accidents in the furnace ensures the reliability of economic operation of the boiler furnace, and facilitates centralized scheduling and automation of the production process. The system adopts PLC programmable control and has automatic protection functions for power outage, gas shutdown, and overheating.
